The Arts Alive Festival brings together artists, educators, and the community every May in Florence, Alabama. The festival supports workshops and scholarships for art teachers and students in northwest Alabama. With a volunteer-run team, Arts Alive needed a partner who could manage their digital presence year-round and capture the energy of their annual event.

Arts Alive struggled to find reliable, high-quality support for their social media and website. Previous agencies missed deadlines, delivered inconsistent work, and didn’t capture the spirit of the festival, which left the team frustrated and the event underrepresented online.

Year-round social media management including content creation, campaign planning, paid ads, and community engagement;
Website updates and maintenance and event information management; and
In-person event coverage, gathering photos and videos both days for ongoing content.
We focused on what the audience already loved — sharing artists and their work. We build on this foundation by introducing artist videos, highlighting the stories behind the work.
