What can you expect?

  • We’ll hop on a Zoom call to talk more about your goals, needs, and expectations for the day. We’ll send you a contract and ask you pay the retainer for the project. We’ll also make a list of what we’ll need before getting started, and expect to have those assets before the day of work.

  • A lot can happen between our initial consultation and the Designer Day. We’ll check in to make sure everything is good to go and ask for any assets we’re missing.

  • We will send an email or text to let you know we’re getting started and see if you have any questions for us. We expect that you’ll be available to answer questions that may come up while we’re working, and we will, of course, be available to answer any questions you may have. We’ll keep in touch per established benchmarks from the consultation call and check in with you regularly, sending back and forth proofs and edits.

  • You will have the agreed upon files delivered to you by the end of the day, as long as the payment for services is completed. Any delay in payment will result in a delay in deliverables.

  • A week after our Designer Day, you’ll receive an email checking in on how the services have helped, answering any questions you may have, requesting a review, and inviting you to book another Designer Day in the future.
